On the last Mardi Gras weekend, our audience enjoyed a wide range of songs from world-famous musicals; all thanks to the artists from the Warsaw-based RAMPA Theater, including Jakub Wocial (vocal), Wiktoria Jablonska (vocal), and Karina Komendera (piano).

For this year’s winter holidays, the Casimir Pulaski Museum staff prepared a series of eight meetings, during which elementary school students could participate in educational classes at the Pulaski Manor and Park in Warka-Winiary.

On January 14, 2017, we had the first chance to celebrate the Museum’s 50th anniversary with a wonderful concert by Virtuoso Khmelnitsky Oblast Chamber Orchestra from the Ukraine with Alexander Dragan as conductor.

On January 15, 2017, Warka volunteers with The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity and START PULASKI WARKA Sports Club (Klub Biegacza START PULASKI WARKA) hosted a marathon called “Run against Diabetes” (Policz sie z cukrzyca) in the Warka-Winiary park.

On January 1, 2017, the world learnt about the passing of Wladyslaw Gwardys – Warka Honorary Citizen, perennial Chair of the Wiktor Krawczyk Warka Branch of the Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Turystyczno-Krajoznawcze, PTTK), deserving activist, sightseer, regionalist, knowledgeable and passionate supporter of the town of Warka, and friend to our Museum.
